New Offering

"Cruise into Christmas" with Gentle Yoga and Meditation

I'm excited to announce that I am running a series of yoga classes to ease you through Christmas with calmness and grace.

The series starts on Sunday November 21st and runs through until Tuesday December 21st inclusive.

If you can’t make it to the start of the series, or to any of the classes for that matter, all sessions will be recorded and you'll have access to all of them to catch up at your leisure. 

With the exception of the Wednesday Wisdom Yoga Nidra, all classes start with a guided meditation followed by slow yoga as described above.

The Yoga Nidra session will include some gentle movement to settle you from your day before moving into the Yoga Nidra, a long meditation, also known as Yogic Sleep.

There will be FOUR sessions each week. You can attend as many as you wish or catch up with the recordings later.

The sessions days and times are:

  • Sunday Serenity Yoga 6:00-7:00pm

  • Tuesday Tranquillity Yoga 1:30-2:30pm

  • Wednesday Wisdom Yoga Nidra (meditation) 7:00-8:00pm

  • Thursday Thankfulness Yoga 10:00-11:00am

  • Please Note:  You can still sign up for casual classes during this period.

Regular Class Information

During these strange times that we find ourselves in  I have taken my classes online via Zoom.

All classes are

  • fun and friendly and

  • run for 60-75 minutes

  • Payment options are:

  • 12 Week Pass

    • $240.00

With this option you can attend as many of the listed classes as you like during the twelve weeks and receive access to more exciting online resources.

  • 4 Week Pass:

    • $90.00

With this option you can attend as many of the listed classes as you like during the four weeks and receive access to more exciting online resources.

  • Weekly  Pass:

    • $25.00

With this option you can come to all 4 classes during that week .

 

  • Casual Class :

    • $20.00

With this option you can drop into an individual class of your choice.

What you'll need:

 

You won't need much to enjoy these classes:

  • A quiet place where you can let go of external distractions

  • something to go on the floor underneath you - a yoga mat, if you have one or a blanket or towel work well too.

  • A blanket to keep you warm and cosy during the meditation.

  • Books can act as great blocks
