Craving some “Me” time?

As we move quietly and gently into the New Year, it’s a great time to take a pause and set your intentions for 2025.

If you love Yoga and you love to be pampered, you’re in for a afternoon of pure indulgence.

Never done Yoga before? No worries. This session is all about being gentle with yourself. The Yoga is slow, mindful and accessible. It's suitable for absolute beginners ~ for everybody and every body.

It brings me such joy to offer this Retreat...

knowing that you are giving yourself the gift of self-care and taking some time just for you...

This is the ultimate chill out experience ~ time to calm your mind and body and unwind - allowing any stress or tension you've been holding onto to gently float away in this restful, soothing mini retreat designed to restore and rebalance your body and rest your busy mind.

...so what can you expect?

Here in my beautiful studio in Wonga Park or Wonga Paradise, as I like to call it, overlooking the picturesque Yarra Valley, we’ll begin with some time to focus on  and set your intention for 2025, before moving into a meditation and some gentle movement, releasing any excess energy.

With your mind calmed and centred, we’ll pause for a cuppa and a bite to eat before settling into a gentle and nourishing restorative yoga practice. Restorative yoga is a deeply nourishing, restful practice, where your body and mind are invited to move into the state of ‘rest and digest’. With the support of bolsters, blocks and blankets you will explore various poses for extended periods of time, inviting your body to move into a place of deep rest.

Following the restorative practice, feeling deeply rested, we’ll move into a Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep” is a beautiful practice of guided meditation taking you on a journey into your inner self. It is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional stillness.

The retreat will conclude with an opportunity to reconnect with everyone and reflect on the afternoon's practice.

Through this nourishing combination of setting intentions, yoga and meditation, you will feel more clear, connected and ready to face the week and the year ahead.

Go deeper and explore a greater sense of peace and tranquillity within.

This event is suitable for all ages and abilities. No previous experience is necessary.

All equipment will be provided ~ mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets... however if you prefer to use your own, you are very welcome to bring whatever you need.
